House Mountain Learning Community

House Mountain Learning Community (HMLC) is a collection of programs for learners from early childhood through middle school, located in downtown Lexington, Virginia. Families can attend one, two, three, four, or five days a week, and every level of participation is welcome. Across all of our programs, the same values hold: learners are trusted, known well, and given real work to do. Adults are mentors, not content deliverers.
