Tuition
In order to cover our costs for renting the building, purchasing resources, and hiring outside community members for classes and workshops we charge members a monthly membership fee. In order to keep this fee low, we are charging a basic monthly fee that allows members to attend our weekly co-op. Some offerings will require additional resource fees in order to participate, and field trips will require additional fees. Your monthly fee will depend on how many children will be attending. When calculating your family size we are only considering children ages 5 and up, younger siblings can attend for free. In addition to the monthly fee there will be a yearly registration fee of $20 per family that will be charged upon enrollment. We want to include a diverse range of families regardless of their financial status. If you need financial assistance in order to attend please contact us, and we will try to help.
Family size | Monthly Fee |
1 child | $20 |
2 children | $35 |
3 children | $50 |
4 children | $65 |
5+ children | $80 |
Enrollment Process
In order to have consistency in the community we will be asking families to commit to a semester or a full year when they enroll. Enrollment will be on a semester basis. Families interested in enrollment will contact us to set up a phone interview in order to answer any questions you may have. After that you can visit the co-op for one session before committing to enrollment. Upon enrollment families will need to pay the $20 registration fee and the first month’s fee. The monthly fee will be prorated if you join in the middle of a month.
